Who sends these messages

What you are agreeing to
When you give us your phone number on our estimate request form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from us. These are things like visit reminders, scheduling confirmations, and messages about work we are doing for you.
Marketing texts are separate. You only receive those if you tick the marketing SMS box on the form. You can accept service messages without accepting marketing ones.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. To stop only marketing texts and keep service messages, reply STOP MKT. You can also call or email us and ask.

Cost and frequency
Message and data rates may apply — that is between you and your mobile carrier, not us. Message frequency varies depending on your project and what you have opted in to. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number is used to contact you about your project and, if you opted in, to send marketing messages. We do not sell it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the rest of your information.
