Care & Warranty

Your new curbing is tough, but a little routine attention keeps it looking sharp for years to come. Here's what you need to know about caring for your decorative concrete and what our warranty covers.

Keeping Your Curbing Looking Its Best

Decorative concrete is one of the lowest-maintenance edging options out there, but it does have one non-negotiable: reseal it once a year.

That single step refreshes the color, shields the surface from moisture and UV exposure, and prevents the gradual wear that Middle Tennessee's weather dishes out. Hot summers and hard freezes are rough on outdoor surfaces. A fresh coat of sealer each year keeps your curbing looking vibrant and holding strong through all of it.

A simple annual routine looks like this:

Reseal yearly to restore color and add protection
Rinse off debris after mowing or heavy rain to prevent staining
Skip the harsh chemicals near the curbing, including weed killers that can discolor concrete

Our One-Year Warranty

We stand behind every project we complete. All of our landscape curbing installations are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect traces back to the materials we used or the way our crew installed the curbing, we'll replace it at no charge to you. Simple as that.

What the warranty covers

  • Defects in the concrete mix or materials we supply
  • Installation errors by our crew

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal surface wear over time
  • Damage from heavy equipment, vehicle contact, or improper use
  • Color fading or surface changes from skipping the annual reseal
  • Settling or cracking caused by extreme weather events or ground movement outside our control (hairline cracks in joint lines)

We've been doing this work in Middle Tennessee since 2002, and we're not going anywhere. Our reputation matters to us, and we want every customer to feel good about their curbing long after installation day.

Why Resealing Is Worth It

We hear this question a lot: “Do I really need to reseal every year?” Yes, and here's the honest reason why.

The sealer applied at installation protects your curbing's color and surface, but sun, rain, and foot traffic gradually break it down. Once that protective layer thins out, the concrete gets more porous and starts picking up stains, fading faster, and showing surface wear. Resealing once a year is a small cost that buys you years of great-looking curbing. It's a big part of why decorative concrete edges out other landscape edging options for long-term value.
