What we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, our form asks for your name, email address, phone number, service address, and whatever details you choose to share about your project. That form is hosted by Jobber, our scheduling and customer management provider, and the information you enter goes directly to Jobber on our behalf.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are visited, how long visits last, and roughly where visitors are located. This is reported to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests to keep the site fast and to protect it from abuse. Cloudflare also runs its own privacy-focused analytics on this site, which counts page views without using cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to contact you about your estimate, schedule and perform work, and answer questions. We use analytics to improve the site. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from us, such as appointment and visit reminders. Marketing text messages are separate and only sent if you opt in to them specifically. You can stop either at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. See our SMS terms and conditions for details.
We will email you about your estimate and your project. If you opted in to marketing email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message, or by emailing us.
Who else sees your information
We use service providers to run our business — principally Jobber, which stores customer and job records for us, and Google Analytics. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
